Very happy with my weigh loss this week and surprised as I was thinking it would be less of a drop, so 0.9 kg. is just great. Thanks all on FS. for your support, stay focused and happy, Pete.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No problem - I get encouragement from others so like to give it when I hear about someone doing well. If it wasnt for some of the comments on here I would have given up by now. Instead I am still making progress - slow but sure.
