There's been a few nights out and a couple of pub trips since my last weigh-in. Things have been fairly static so I'm spending this week on Huel only, to kickstart the weight loss again.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
