So I’d lost 10lb this week up until going out for my birthday meal. I went to a Japanese place and we had a banquet of food and lots of alcohol. Think I’m gonna wait till Thursday before getting weighed again as I don’t want to feel down hearted. I’m going away for valentines weekend though so that’s also gonna be a tough one. Better smash the gym this week to keep it off. Wish me luck
