Had Lunch on Wednesday at Lawry's. Ate primarily all proteins and fats but when I weighed myself yesterday morning...I had added over 3lbs. I didn't panic, I figured it was my body retaining a lot of water from the massive amount of salt in the food. Today I am at a new low. It's a small loss but a loss nonetheless.
