I am very pleased I have got below my goal weight. I have work hard over the last week reducing my kcal intake and I have increased my walking to a average of 18735 steps a day, also I have walked uphill more, flights climbed, 173 floors on Wednesday, which is the most I have ever done in one day. It is with the support of all on FS. that as empowered me to work hard, so a big thank you to all on FS. I am now going to reduce my goal weight to 74 Kgs. I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to work out body fat percentage ? as the electric devices don't work for me. i am 178 cm (5ft 10) knowing my body fat percentage will help me work out my goal weight as I have no idea what my ideal weight should be.

I only know how to work out body mass via bmi but not sure this is what you mean? Also it's not always the best measurement depending on how muscular you are

You can buy body fat calipers online. Thats the way we used to do it when I first qualified to work in a gym so they are probably 'old fashioned' now. But they still work!

Ah brilliant. You might need a bit of practice and help from someone else to begin with. Let me know how it goes. (you don't have to tell the number though!)
