Had a serious talk with myself today, I really need to get on with it. Lost it last week am back up to 12 st 9😭😭😭. Serves me right really.
BUT I did achieve my 100 miles running for January 🏃🏃🤣🤣, so pleased with that.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Everyone can have a bad week, 100 mile running is good, just try to stay focused and the next weigh in with been a drop.
