2lbs in 3 weeks - not a massive loss but had a couple of ‘off’ days and been drinking more water (2-3l) and exercising with weights. Still a loss though so it’s all positive.

In addition to weigh-ins, I’ve also been measuring myself every couple of weeks and it’s proving to be positive.

1 inch off hips and 0.5 inches off legs and arms since end of December.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
