trying to limit my calories to a around 1500 gave me a lot of insight into how much I was probably normally used to because it was a real struggle dealing with not caving into my emotional eating habits, and I even felt proper hungry early morning- but Alhamdulillaah I was able to keep within the intermittent fasting window (with a lot of help from coffee my dark dear friend).
Now I need to work on discipline. I think this is where I struggle the most. also planning out I'm advance what I'm going to eat, and making sure diet appropriate foods are available really helps.
I've been trying to keep under 10g of carbs but realized that was a lot harder than I thought, so I'm trying to be realistic and keep below 20g. well for reference sake, I'm not going about this with an OCD.
