Weighing in early because I’m out tonight been good all week but did not achieve what I wanted but that’s okay there will be bigger challenges ahead I’m sure
84.5 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not so much but just got to work harder but thanks for your support but preferred when we played snooker because all I drank was 1.5ltrs of water but things change and we have to adjust
