Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged...

Thanks Melissa, Jimmiepop, Binkytexas, Jcmama and Rosio!!! @ Melissa; Yes, my body fat has been in range for more than a month and I'm confident that I can keep it going. My BF goal is not as low as some of the younger members here. It is a little lower than what my doctor has suggested to me. I will only seek a lower BF if I can maintain or increase my current weight...
