Had a smart price lasagne at 2am. Not a ‘smart’ move for someone with liver disease and poor kidneys. Confusion, muscle cramps and tingling, itching and no sleep. Definite sodium poisoning, what a plonker Rodney. Boy oh boy need sleep.

I don’t drink period. I can’t. Waiting on go ahead for liver transplant. Although I don’t worry about calories, I need 3000+ per day, I do have to watch sodium intake. Calorie intake would be a doddle but it’s a bland three thousand calories. Just had cheese on toast and my legs are going nuts with itching....😫the price you pay!!!

I can imagine it’s scary. You look after your health and stay positive and happy while they get you a liver transplant. You have done amazing with the amount of weight you have lost. Well done. Xx
