right now I've hit 8 stone it's time to put the brakes on.. left over Xmas food can go to my daughter's house for the grand kids.. although 8 stone is fine.. prefer to be just a tad under...7.10 suits me fine! Hope everyone had a brilliant Xmas.. time to take stock again now.. one plate of Xmas pudding at New year with my daughter n that's me done!
51.0 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
