Yesterday was a lift day. I went to the gym after dinner instead of my normal routine of going late mornings. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down 0.3 and is in range for the second day in a row...
69.3 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
