Ignoring my weight loss this week. I hadn't weighed myself for a few days. Still happy though as weight was going up rapidly so a few pounds down is good no matter how long it took. Plus you always lose a few pounds in the first week, it's keeping it up after that.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
