Yesterday was a break in my regular "lift day" routine. Instead of hitting the gym in the late morning as usual, I went after eating dinner. I ate at 100% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF is down 0.1% and has been in range for two days in a row...
70.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
