Another small victory. Didn't get to gym this week as work has been busy but I did get myself 10kg kettlebell and did 100 swings 4 times this week. Averaged around 1850kcal and continued to avoid snacking. Would love to get into double kg digits before end of the year but let see how it goes. Onto week 4. Have a good week ahead everyone x
