Yesterday was a lift day and the kids came over for a Thanksgiving redo. I ate at 102% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.4% and is 0.2% out of range...
71.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
