Yesterday I ate under goal, barely missed my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% and is less than 0.5% out of range...
70.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
