had 4 scoops of choc. ice cream after dinner, 850 cals. No More! And that nasty 7-Eleven hot dog I had for lunch yesterday, which I really didn't need, was over 300 cals.! That's over half the total cals. for the day! I had a reasonable breakfast and a bigger dinner, but that would have only been about 1000 cals.! That's nonsense! No more rediculous impetuous snacking!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
