too much after dinner snacking- am going to Stop that, if I want something to snack on after dinner it will be something a little healthier than chocolate and a few cocktales! Starting tonite! I've gained about 6 lbs w/ this unhealthy habit!

brkfst- 2 med. eggs over-easy w/ 1/2 English muffin w/ jelly; coffee

lunch- left over pizza slice!

dinner- home made chili w/ beans, onions, red bell pepper and cheese

snacks/ desert- fruit and nut trail mix, 3 scoops choc. ice cream
80.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
