Could be alot worse; only gained 1/2 lb. over the last 2 days considering what I've been eating!

brkfst- instant raisin and spice oatmeal, fresh squeezed orange juice

dinner- scalloped potatoes w/ hot dogs; 1 small thin cut pork chop

dessert- 4 scoops chocolat ice cream
79.2 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
