It’s always a struggle to lose during my periods. Is it just me?
107.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 50.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Caused by hormones which results in water retention. The key to that is to drink more water.

I never lose on my period I get so stressed that not losing but it rights itself after
