Last night I went off the rails by late night snacking. As a result, I ate "Poorly" at 137% of goal. I far exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is out of range...
Note to self: Stop eating past my protein goal...
72.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Melissatwa and Binkytexas, Thanks for letting me know that I'm not alone in snacking. Snacks are only a problem for me when they take me over my caloric goal. Otherwise, enjoy!!!

I'm sitting here on FS looking at people's progress to prevent me from snacking tonight. I see people talking about cake and cookies derailing them. For me? Toasted bread. I can consume copious amounts of toasted DRY bread. It is equal to a whole meal. Must. Not. Go. Into. Kitchen. Alright friends, carry on. :)

@Blinky, thanks for sharing about your snacking. You do snack differently than me. I like sweets and nuts. I looked at your profile and you have been making solid progress. Keep up the good work!!!
