I've been counting since last Tues and it's good mg awesome. I found this website called dietbet and it's motivated me to eat good enough to lose some weight (I've lost 20 lbs since June), but now I find myself eating good the days leading up to the weigh ins and eating poorly the days after the weigh ins. trying to get some more consistency with tracking calories.
also I found that the my fitness pal was so slow it was unusable. I finally got frustrated enough to switch. so here we go!
