2lbs down, and half a stone off in two weeks. I was so surprised, I had to look twice! I'd become so used to feeling shapeless, invisible and stuck, that I couldn't imagine being any different. It's been a year that's made me think about what I really want, and this isn't it: I realised that if I want a different outcome, I have to change the way I do things, treat myself better, and know where I want to get to, and why. Feeling optimistic about getting back to a weight that feels good 🙂
