This last weekend was HARD! I climbed so many hills, my legs hurt, I pushed myself to the max and for whatever reason I stalled. Maybe it’s water weight, maybe it’s new muscle, idk but it’s discouraging.
136.1 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
