Tried something a little different today with my oatmeal, it turned out to be delicious. For those who want to give it a try, here it is!

I mashed up an over ripe banana, 10 grams of brown sugar, 28 grams of walnuts, vanilla unsweetened almond milk, Splenda and cinnamon to taste and to top it off a little (about 2 tbsp) of Redi whip whipped cream. I made the oatmeal with the almond milk in microwave, then mixed in the rest of the ingredients finishing it with the whip cream on top! It was really good, give it a try!
89.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
