9st 7.5 (1 off at WW) Disappointed to have put on at home this week but I suspect eating an entire box of cereal Thursday won't have helped! Again I haven't used all my weeklies nor any of my exercise points but I was on this week. If I keep gaining I will have to lower my points (or stop eating entire boxes of cereal?!)
60.6 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
