Just recorded a small loss. coming off Keto diet gradually from today. Then my main aim is to stay around this weight while I am away in Spain, won't be easy but there are low fat options out there, and lots of fruit.
I won't be recording on fat Secret though, although I do have scales there. So good luck to everyone on Fat Secret. Just off now for my last keto breakfast of egg bacon and mushroom s YUCK!!! I hate it!!
Can't wait for a nice bowl of porridge.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
