Kind of annoyed at that, have put my exercise back in at 4:30am, mornings feel better. My food choices have been good. I know I'm retaining water at the moment, so I'll see in the next couple of weigh ins. No sure the next one will be too great really looking forward to another meal out with my friends tonight. I allow myself whatever I want on a meal out as I don't eat out too often. On the plus side I did get back in to my old jeans, (never thought that would happen) 😊

I have learned that it's more about inches than pounds. My scales say I have gained weight after my juice fast despite eating low carb, low fat and very low calories. But my dress proved I have lost inches, as it fits now 🤷‍♀️

Not at all meaning to sound preachy, but are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is so important for healing and ‘resetting’, not enough throws our hormones all out of whack.

I might need a bit more sleep in order to stay in the best condition I can, it's a bit difficult getting everything done in a day, I try. Once I've got back into a good routine then I should get the sleep I know I need. In truth I've been in a lot of pain and prior to that I was waiting for tests to see if I was ill, neither of those scenarios are good for sleep. I am fine and the pain levels are decreasing so it should get better soon. x

Back in your old jeans that’s wonderful.

Are you consuming too much sodium but not realising it? That can cause water retention.
