Weight keeps fluctuating around 58-60kg... I'm worried as haven't lost as much as I did at the start (losing 3 kg a week.) So just experimenting a few ideas to see what works. So far sticking to high protien nutritious foods keeping to 1000-1400 cpd and cutting carbs off. My exercise routine will change targeting areas I want slimming. Got to achieve back to 8 stone😊

Everyone loses more at first, partly because of metabolism, but also water weight is more of a factor at first. Everyone's weight loss slows down as they begin to lose it. It's completely normal.

One other thing is you can't actually target areas for fat loss as that doesn't work. Your body burns off fat from all different areas of your body at the same time. Doesn't matter how many crunches you do you will.lose from other areas too.
