Yesterday was a lift day. I ate barely under goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% and is out of range. Sometimes I have to settle for baby steps. My current goal is to consistently stay less than 1% out of range of my desired body fat goal. Then maybe I will get my body fat back in my desired range...
72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
