This is a weekend, most weekends I drop weight, most week days I don't. I might not next weekend though, out to celebrate my friend's birthday with a meal at a lovely pub. Really looking forward to it 😊
85.9 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, do you keep to 500 calories per meal? Do you make sure your carbs are no more than 150-200 a day? Fat should be no more than 59 gr per day but proteins 100-150 per day. If you work on these in your food it should work plus the exercise you do. I monitor my intake quite careful. Hope it helps.

I am very strict with my food intake, there is no difference other than how much I drink between week days and weekends, (not alcohol). I am more active during the week as I am on my feet a lot, weight loss makes no sense.
