What a difference a week makes, along with far more determination to say "no" to all the naughty stuff - not least the San Miguel!
So have lost just under 4 pounds in that week by keeping off the beer and the white bread (not completely however, just in smaller quantities and not so often. I am a firm believer that you shouldn't give up on all the naughties outright, but just to moderate to the point where they eventually fizzle out over time)
So am back on track, but I've been calorie counting for 4-5 years now, and I've seen my weight go up and down; so I won't be surprised if it heads upwards again after Christmas, as it always seems to do!
Anyway, time to take the dog for his morning walk (4-5 walks a day now, which is good for him and of course me)
Onwards and downwards, as they say :)
