Pleased to say that I have been on holiday for 10days and haven't put on any weight.
That's amazing for me., and I am well happy!
Plugging on now with the Keto, I've got just over two weeks, before I'm to spend a bit of time in Spain. I won't diet whilst I am there, but the challenge will be not to put anything back on again.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
