Yesterday was a lift day. I ate "Poorly" at 119% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is more than 1% out of range...
73.1 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
