Happy Labor Day!!!
Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2% and is more than 1% out of range...
73.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
