6 months since my last weigh-in and am surprised to find I have only put on 3 pounds!

I was expecting a whole lot more to be honest, but am satisfied by this relatively small weight gain - not ideal obviously but happy all the same.

Too much has been going on these last 6 months, not least another house move. But now we are very much done and dusted in our new home and I can start to concentrate on my diet once again.

I haven't been eating all that much junk food really, other than San Miguel lager nearly every other day. Need to keep on top of that as well as keep off the white bread (I got bored with wholemeal and went back to white on the odd occasion)

Living in the Lake District now we'll give me plenty of opportunity to stay active, not least with plenty of dog walking and perhaps even rambling/hiking.

Let the weight-loss begin (again!)
93.4 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
