Yesterday I had dentist appointment and spent 2 hours in the chair. When I got home all I wanted to do was rest quietly until the numbness wore off. I ate soft foods under goal, met my protein goal but missed most of my activity goals. BF up 0.2% and is more than 0.1% out of range...
72.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks Tatauu and Steven!!! Yes, Tatauu my mouth does feel better. Steven it's a holiday weekend and life is good but not perfect. Guys, I'm still in it to improve...

Oh! The dentist! Always my least favorite place to go and I can't imagine 2 hours there! I take a pill for anxiety when I go twice a year. It's to be expected to miss your activity goals!

Thanks Fritzy, it's been a challenging holiday weekend. I definitely had a lot of anxiety sitting in the dentist chair. The soreness woke me up last night. Although this weekend is a little off, I'm still here. Thanks for your support. I'm getting back on track and into my regular routine...
