A bit fed up I put weight on on holiday🤔😩
I only went over calories once all week and walk almost 5 miles every day! I didn't drink alcohol or eat crap .
88.6 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes could be water weight as lost fat turns to water first before that is lost.

No, only drove( 7hrs to Cornwall) . Looking at the scales this morning my weights slowly coming back down 👍
