Can't believe I've gone down yet again..p.....ed off!

What are you eating or not? Are you counting calories or on a special diet. Do you go to the gym? Odd that youre still losing.

Well I'm sort of counting calories.. but only to make sure I'm eating enough.. not too little.. still keeping to healthy food but eating way more.. about 2500-2750 calories per day..seem to be permanently stuffing my face with food Lol.. upped nuts to about 25-30 Gram a day as well..n eating half instead of a quarter of an avocado as well!

n no.. I don't go to the gym.. would love to but out of my price range..n I must admit I don't do much at home either!

It is very strange that your calorie intake is normal and you have a sedentary lifestyle, but i am at a loss to explain why you are still losing weight. I agree that maybe you should go see a Dr to check if everything is ok phy sically.
