Today was ok. I went to post office, Nancy’s for dinner and witnessed to Yoo. Had my study and did my exercises. All in all I feel weight is stable and that’s upbuilding The only downside has been mental health team responses but feel Jehovah is controlling everything more than I can understand.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
