Busting ass and busting down doors.

Watch alarm went off 5:45 AM and within my first few steps to the bathroom, I decided to get more rest and I had pain all over my body.

Fast forward a few more hours, I finally made it out but had to turn around at mile 2.85 because a TMI issue. Upon returning home and taking care of that issue, I could have returned out and only completed the remainder of 13.1 but I’m a warrior and re-attempted my intended 13.1 miles.

By mile 8 everything started tightening up and I was in pain. I cursed in my head, out loud but I pushed on.

I came, I kicked ass and I took names.
4 mile run Wed. 6.06 mile walk Thu. 6.28 mile walk Fri. Sat, 13.7 mile walk. Sun 3.81 and 14.05 mile walks.

Thanks Ade and Erika. Yes Erika, I pored 3 bottled of water over my head and chest during the 4 hr walk. I also just ran out to get some "emergency Merlot" from BJs before they closed and it is 84 degrees @ 8:00 PM.

PS. Didn’t drink the wine and not planning on having any booze until Onderland and will celebrate with 5oz of Merlot max as I want to set new goals and go for them: 185 lbs by Dec 31, 2019
