Hello and good afternoon FSF, I hope we all have a Worship Sunday and a awesome day, I got on the scale today and it moved🙌 thank God, stay encourage focus and on track so we all can reach our goals.
111.5 kg Lost so far: 95.2 kg.    Still to go: 111.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
