Yesterday I ate "Poorly" due to late night snacking. I ate at 126% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up 0.1% and is out of range...
72.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
