This is a good number today, very happy with that. Identifying what I was craving and dealing with that with an extra cup of dandelion coffee a day has made me feel better. I've also added pink grapefruit to breakfast which I love, so everything is good. My friends came to see me yesterday, so I had flapjack, carrot cake and a burger, but that is okay, had small cake portions and it made a nice change. I have the attitude of I want it, have it, but not too much, and that works for me.
88 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s a good a way to see it, depriving yourself will only make you want it more, and then when you end up eating you go over board, everything in moderation
