Down another couple of points of a pound and I'm pleased. One thing that I have noticed is that coming off Keto diet for a while, and then going back to it I haven't experienced any of the usual side effects of the diet which has been a bonus. Plodding on for the next 10 days, then I'm going to stay with a friend again for a couple of days, so we'll see what happens.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
