Yesterday was a lift day and I got in a fairly high intensity workout. I finished eating earlier than usual and ate under goal. I met my protein and all activity goals. BF down 0.2% and is out of range by less than 1 percent. I'm back in the "Blue" and want to hold onto as much weight as possible while lowering my body fat to my desired range...
72.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
