I was away staying with friends last weekend, didn't over eat, but had a fair few glasses of wine, and put on 2llbs. Taken all this week until Friday to loose it, and I've lost a couple of points of a llbs too. So scales are on the move downward again
and I'm pleased.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
