struggled this last 10 days with counting the calories, been so hungry. Been averaging 1050 per day. Finally managed to loose 1 llb. Have enjoyed having fruit and cereals, porridge etc. which is more like my normal way of eating, when I'mnot dieting. I had a handful of pasta one day too, but the calories soon rack up and I'm waking up hungry in the night too.
Im away the weekend, staying with friends. Will try my best, to be good, while I'm there, and get back on my Keto diet next week.
On Keto I don't get hungry, and often can't actually physically consume the amount of calories that I'm allowed. I can get up and go without breakfast without feeling hungry, and often have to make myself eat. I really can honestly say I've never felt hunger pangs on Keto diet. I like the rigid regime of staying in Ketosis, and under 20g carbs a day. I haven't had a potato or a grain of rice for 7weeks now, nor any proper bread, only keto bread. The only thing I miss is the bread, and I never eat White bread anyway, ever, and I never eat any butter or spread, at all even when I'm
not dieting.
So I'm now halfway there with what I want to loose, and realize that I will not have enough time to loose it all before I'm away on holiday.
Never mind keep going!
